About KissMet

KissMet is a social and dating platform that helps users discover nearby people, create profiles, choose interests and preferences, send connection requests, match with other users, and communicate after a mutual match has been created.

KissMet does not guarantee that users will find matches, relationships, meetings, or any specific outcome through the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use KissMet.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• the information you provide is accurate and up to date;
• you are legally allowed to use the service;
• you will use KissMet only for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes.

KissMet may suspend or delete accounts if there is reason to believe that a user is under 18 or has provided false information.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account using email, phone number, Apple, Google, or another supported login method.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with another person or allow anyone else to access the service through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us immediately.

User Profile

You may create a profile that includes information such as your name, age, gender, city, interests, preferences, photos, bio, personality traits, and other information you choose to provide.

You agree that your profile information must not be false, misleading, offensive, illegal, or violate the rights of another person.

You are responsible for the content you upload or share through KissMet.

User Content

“User Content” means any content you submit, upload, send, or display through KissMet, including photos, text, profile details, messages, interests, preferences, reports, and other information.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by using KissMet, you grant KissMet a limited right to use, host, store, display, process, and transmit your User Content as necessary to operate and improve the service.

You must not upload or share content that:

• is illegal, threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing;
• contains nudity, sexual exploitation, or sexually explicit material involving minors;
• violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights;
• impersonates another person;
• promotes scams, fraud, spam, or commercial solicitation;
• contains malware, harmful code, or attempts to interfere with the service.

Matching, Requests, and Communication

KissMet may suggest potential matches based on factors such as profile information, preferences, interests, approximate location, activity, and other product logic.

You may be able to send connection requests, save profiles, decline profiles, accept requests, or communicate with another user after a mutual match.

KissMet does not verify the accuracy of all user profiles and does not guarantee the identity, intentions, availability, compatibility, or behavior of any user.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline.

Location Features

KissMet may use location-related features to show nearby users, approximate distances, active areas, or other location-based experiences.

Location information may be approximate and may not always be accurate, complete, or current.

You should not rely on KissMet for safety, navigation, emergency, or real-time location tracking purposes.

You are responsible for managing your device permissions and location settings.

Safety and Offline Meetings

KissMet is designed to help people discover and connect, but we cannot control the actions of users.

You agree to use reasonable caution when communicating with or meeting other users. For your safety, we recommend meeting in public places, informing someone you trust, and avoiding sharing sensitive personal or financial information.

KissMet is not responsible for the conduct of users inside or outside the service.

Reports, Blocking, and Moderation

Users may report or block other users.

KissMet may review reports and take action where appropriate, including warning users, limiting features, removing content, suspending accounts, deleting accounts, or notifying authorities where legally required.

KissMet may moderate content or accounts, but we are not obligated to monitor all activity on the service.

We may remove content or restrict access if we believe that these Terms, applicable laws, safety standards, or community expectations have been violated.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• use KissMet for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
• harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or harm another person;
• collect, scrape, copy, or misuse user data;
• create fake accounts or impersonate another person;
• use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized tools;
• attempt to bypass security, access restrictions, payment systems, or moderation tools;
• use the service for advertising, recruitment, prostitution, escort services, spam, or commercial solicitation;
• upload content that violates the rights of others;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of KissMet.

Premium Features and Subscriptions

KissMet may offer paid features, premium plans, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Premium features may include, for example, extended requests, advanced filters, visibility features, or other paid functionality.

Prices, features, billing periods, trial periods, renewals, and cancellation rules will be shown before purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Stripe, or other payment providers. Your purchase may also be subject to their terms and policies.

You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions through the payment provider where you purchased them.

Unless required by law or by the applicable app store rules, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

KissMet, including its design, branding, software, interface, graphics, logo, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the company operating KissMet.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on KissMet without prior written permission.

These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

Privacy

Your use of KissMet is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data, including profile information, location-related data, photos, preferences, messages, reports, and technical data.

By using KissMet, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of the service.

• the service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• any specific relationship, meeting, or result will occur.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KissMet and the company operating KissMet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, reputational damage, or emotional distress arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using KissMet at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

• you violate these Terms;
• your conduct creates risk for other users or the platform;
• you provide false or misleading information;
• your account appears fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe;
• we are required to do so by law.

After termination, your access to the service may be disabled. Certain data may be retained where required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we may notify you through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method.
